Big Box - TI

For this project we combined two tenant spaces in a historic building to create an updated office for a small tech team. We pulled inspiration from the building's history as a grunge music venue adding in bold colors while maintaining the industrial nature of the space.

Working with the clients we also had a focus on space planning that aligned with feng shui principals. We did this by implementing a balanced layout for accent paint and focused on bringing in warmer colors and materials with lower contrast.
