Block 38

Block 38 is a 13 floor 335,000 SF office space neighboring the existing SLU Google campus. The concept for Block 38 was to showcase the levels of impact Google has had through it's many products and programs. Each floor focused on a different aspect of the Google portfolio. This theme was represented through distinct colors, amenity spaces and programs.

The central stair linked the themes together with risers colors matching the level's theme. The mesh screen acting as a guardrail and datum for the stairs is patterned to denote the change in working neighborhoods creating both a throughline and distinction through the project.
